I got the water one today. Definetely seems like a pvp character.
His debuff placement is a bit inconsistent. I think it would have been better for Skill 3 to have 2 AOE hits, and both applying Oblivion+Stun. That would have been a lot more reliable. On the upside it's good that there's another AOE Oblivion debuffer in the game, but if I got him right now, I wouldn't be too happy. Kind of mid overall. He's a last pick unit in RTA against Passive heavy teams, and will be banned in most cases. The pick does what it's supposed to do. But as a unit overall he's just mid. Bad multiplyers and inconsistent debuffs.
They should add an immunity in his 3rd skill to really emphasize the limitless. Can't be CC'd and damaged for 1 turn.

Just a few things that make jeannes better. Jeaane’s is a non contact skill and gojos can glance because of fire attribute or glancing debuff.
The leo, ragdol guy deserve to lose with how nuch procs he had over sloths

well probably vio, most of these are different replays, but id say vio/will or vio/destroy perhaps bc of his passive, you can also make him tanky once again bc of his passive and have him be an annoying def breaker, he also hits multiple times meaning artifacts will probably be nice for extra ADD' DMG allowing for more hp/tankiness

Probably focus more on the effects imo.aoe cleanse and giving self atb is pretty nice.
If he cleanses enough, his damage is not so bad. If he doesn't cleanse anything he does really low damage
